Holding the tube upright and pointed away from you and your pet, remove the cap from the applicator tube. Turn the cap around, place it back on the tube and twist to break the seal.

The number of spots depends on the size and weight of the dog (please refer to the product label). At each spot, part the hair until the skin is visible.
