Invented in 1979 by Jack Pritchard, the Pritchard™ Flutter Valve remains a trusted choice for farmers and shepherds worldwide. This unique hollow cone-shaped nipple features an internal flutter valve that allows air to enter freely—preventing vacuum lock and reducing waste—while stopping milk from squirting out the air vent.
The Veri-speed tip can be easily customized using scissors to adjust the feeding flow based on the strength and needs of the animal. Cut the tip fully for a fast flow—ideal for weaker lambs or kids—or trim slightly for a slower, more controlled feed. If no hole appears, simply pierce the tip with a heated needle.
Designed for practicality, the nipple screws securely onto most standard bottles, including common 2-liter plastic soda bottles, and cannot be pulled off during feeding—eliminating spills and messes.
